CLASSES

CrossFit is a fitness program that produces measurable outcomes through lifestyle changes, centred on training and nutrition. Workouts consist of constantly varied, high-intensity, functional movements, and are most fun and effective among friends at a local CrossFit gym. Our CrossFit classes accommodate all levels.

HYROX combines both cardiovascular conditioning & functional workout stations. HYROX classes will basically be CrossFit, minus the barbells and gymnastics. Long, fun, cardio sweat sessions! Our HYROX classes accommodate all levels.

Olympic Weightlifting is a sport in which athletes train in two lifts: the snatch and the clean and jerk. These movements are also a big component of CrossFit. Our weightlifting classes teach and refine the technique of these movements, and accommodate all levels.
